So, I wanted to use my phone to control an app on my PC. I turned on my laptop’s mobile hotspot and connected my phone to the wifi, and everything was going fine. All of a sudden around 5pm on Friday night the hotspot decided to just quit working. I tried to reconnect using my phone but it either says “Incorrect password” (even though the password is correct) or just connects for a moment before being booted off each time I try. I’ve tried re-installing drivers, rebooting and performing network resets on both my phone and laptop, and nothing’s worked. Microsoft support didn’t help.
