AMD software detected that a driver timeout has occurred.

Recently I've been getting this report flash up. Things like regular Internet surfing and watching Youtube are okay, but if I get too much going on on screen the whole display locks-up, flickers, then goes blank for a few seconds, before recovering and this error pops up. Could it possibly be why at least some of my games have been freezing and locking up the computer entirely? It had me thinking that it was my graphics card on its way out, but I've waited for this error to come up again in order to take note of what it exactly said. Today it did, and from what it's saying it isn't the actual physical graphics card, but rather just the drivers causing all these problems?

Are you using the latest Radeon driver package from AMD? If not, upgrade to the latest.

If you are, downgrade to a previous version.

I had the same issue with my old Radeon card. It just started having this problem out of the blue, and it was a driver error like yours. I finally got fed up and bought an Nvidia card. No issues now. It just works.

(I realize that buying a new video card is not the answer you were looking for, just relating my personal experience and how I solved it. You may want to check the AMD forums to see if there is a workaround. I was unable to find one at the time I replaced my card last year, but there may be one now. )
