Most often these errors are due to hardware problems. Please start with these free hardware diagnostics:
    1) Memtest86 (not 86+): MemTest86 - Official Site of the x86 Memory Testing Tool

    2) SeaGate SeaTools for Windows (test ALL hard drives - HDD/SSD/USB/etc): How to use SeaTools for Windows | Seagate Support US

    3) Intel Processor Diagnostic Tool: Download Intel(R) Processor Diagnostic Tool
Disregard if not using an Intel processor

    4) Furmark stress test for GPU: FurMark > Downloads
Read the instructions carefully and watch your system when testing.
If it starts spitting out problems and you can't shut it down - simply turn the system off/unplug it from the wall

    5) OCCT: OCBASE / OCCT
Read the instructions carefully and watch your system when testing.
If it starts spitting out problems and you can't shut it down - simply turn the system off/unplug it from the wall

Beyond that, try these things also (in case it isn't a hardware problem):

BIOS/UEFI dates from 2018. Please visit the Gigabyte support website to download/install the latest BIOS/UEFI update for your H310M H 2.0 motherboard.

Update your Razer software as it's drivers date from 2015

Update SpeedFan and HWINFO as their drivers are older.

Post back with the results of the hardware diagnostics and we can move on from there.
    Good luck!

So finally I managed to do all test you posted, hope I have done them correctly. I had issue with FurMark test because I didn't know how to read results so I took picture ( also I run FurMark for 25 minutes and max GPU temperature was 73C). I have couple of questions because I am not good with such complicated procedures, hope you don't mind. So can I deinstall SpeedFan and HWINFO or schould I keep them and how to update them.
2nd I went on Razer software page and it said my drivers are up to date.

    Sincerely,

    Zoran.

Next, run Driver Verifier according to these instructions: Enable and Disable Driver Verifier in Windows 10

Once you're done with that (and have zipped and uploaded any memory dumps), then please start with this while waiting:
Start troubleshooting by removing parts. Here's a page that describes this: Hardware Stripdown Troubleshooting
Although it's old, it's still relevant in these situations.

    Good luck!

Just started Verifier it says that I need to run it 48h or if BSOD pops up, so I wonder may I use PC normally during that 48h test and after 48h finish where can I find results of test .
    Thank you in advance.

Yes, absolutely. Using the computer as normally as possible is the best way while running Verifier. It may run slower since Verifier works the drivers harder, trying to force errors, but normal use is the best way to go.

Results of Driver Verifier are a BSOD which generates a memory dump
The file we need will be a memory dump file (ends in .dmp) and is located at C:/Windows/Minidump

zoki, we all started out not knowing much. Trying things and asking endless questions is how we learned.

There are some great people here who like to help and share knowledge. I forget who said it but the only dumb question is the one not asked!

So after 50 hours Driver Verifier didn't find anything.
