    Notifications in Edge

It seems that in Edge it is impossible to disable the website notification feature. Is that correct ?

When first notification is send from the site, you are asked, if you allow it.

You can later manage this settings in Settings / Advanced / Manage permissions

For each site you can clear, or toggle permissions

Thanks Andre. Sorry I was a bit unclear.

But this step "..When first notification is send from the site, you are asked, if you allow it..." indicates the feature is not disabled.

I would like to disable it. Is that possible ?

Oh, see now. I'm afraid I can't help with that. Edge is on the end of its development, as Chromium based new Edge is coming soon.

Firefox sounds like a browser for you. Used by many here (me also).

Chromium is just the browser engine, which is open source (and is developed by Google). And then there is Vivaldi. It also based on chromium.

Thanks Andre, re-installed the new Edge Beta a few days ago and disabled notifications in the settings.

    Works perfect !
