    Macrium Reflect Difficulties

    Hi all
I've got an issue with imaging using Macrium Reflect Free. I'm running a dual boot system using Bootcamp with Windows 7 & 10 on two primary partitions on my iMac 24. Both work perfectly but if I run Macrium Reflect on either one of the two OS's, the Windows 10 partition shows up as a plain grey box on the drive graphic. I've included a screenshot to show what I mean. Beause I'm running the free Reflect package, I don't have access to their forum. Has anyone any ideas about why this is happening and will an image of the entire disc include the Windows 10 partition even if its properties do not show up?

    Many thanks in advance.

    UPDATE

Since posting this question, I have deleted the small 619.9Mb partition that was created by the MAC OS after its recovery partition was removed, bringing the number of primary partitions on the drive down to four. It has made no difference to how Macrium displays the Windows 10 partition.

I'm going to "bookmark" this thread; I want to learn from the others in the know; I have the same problem from time to time.
